This role will focus on supporting the development of international commercial performance initiatives to support our growing network to Asia and Europe. Overview:

Key Responsibilities: International Commercial Performance:
- Assist with developing international market performance initiatives aimed at increasing sales, yield, revenue, and overall performance.
- Research developing trends and performance in Asia and Europe markets.
- Own analytics and data to provide insights to management.
- Report on the performance of international initiatives, providing insights to management for decision-making and driving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all guest touchpoints meet our Airline's high standards of service.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all platforms.
- Conduct guest feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges that may impact the guest experience.
- Manage the pre-trip guest webpages on our website.
- Monitor and report on the progress of guest experience initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage the timeline and deliverables for guest experience enhancement projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly reporting updates for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience management, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrations, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating on commercial performance initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and outside the box.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience with international airline operations.
- Familiarity with Japanese and Korean cultures and languages.
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar).

- Data analysis; assisting with project management (DDS, CIRIUM DIIO, SQL, advanced Excel level). Expected to be a proactive owner on this and keep everyone on track.
