Job Title: Sr RPA Consultant with PEGA exp

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPA solutions using PEGA Robotics for our clients to drive automation and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design efficient RPA solutions
• Conduct RPA feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process automation
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementation
• Stay updated with the latest developments in PEGA Robotics and other RPA technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions within budget
• Continuously improve RPA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify and document RPA requirements
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Adhere to Cognizant's coding standards and guidelines
• Train end-users on how to use RPA solutions effectively
• Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Comply with all security, confidentiality, and data privacy policies and procedures
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementation
• Keep track of project timelines and escalate any issues or delays to the project manager
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities for RPA implementation
• Continuously strive to enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning
