Position - Data Governance Analyst

Location - Jersey City, NJ (Onsite Hybrid Work Model)

Job Type - Fulltime Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Strong Communication (written and verbal) & critical decision making skills
• Finance Domain Experience (risk management or internal audit experience a plus)
• Experience in Data Management tools, understanding of Data Linage, creation of Data Offerings, Data Concepts in OFM (Operating Facts Manger) applications a plus
• Strong Client Management skills
• Experience with the data governance, data analysis, data mapping and data sourcing from multiple systems
• Responsible for Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a product / team backlog for Data Governance projects
• Experience with JIRA or equivalent Agile / Project management tools
• Ability to work Scrum Team and review test cases to confirm coverage of all data quality related requirements
• Experience collaborating with peer Product teams and coordinating with / understanding Stakeholder priorities ) related to Data Governance and Data quality a plus
• Experience with identification of Critical Data Elements (CDE s) and governance of data quality a plus
• Experience in data models tools such as MagicDraw, Collibra to create data models and integrate with applications a plus
• Experience with Agile Product Owner role. SCRUM/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) exposure and SAFE PO certification a plus
