Description
Seeking a highly motivated and versatile contractor who can function as both a Product Manager/Business Analyst and a Program Manager to support key AI initiatives. This individual will work across IT, business teams, and vendor partners to drive clarity, execution, and alignment. The ideal candidate is organized, super-collaborative, driving, strong sense of urgency proactive, and thrives in cross-functional environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1. Business Analysis & Journey Mapping (70%)
- Lead the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements for AI-driven use cases.
- Build and maintain journey maps (current and future state) using Figma or Miro to reflect customer and agent experiences.
- Document intent maps and interaction flows that support conversational AI tools (e.g., virtual agents, automated workflows).
- Keep Confluence pages and other documentation up-to-date with the latest requirements, decisions, and supporting materials.
- Translate business needs into structured inputs for IT and vendor teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
2. Program & Stakeholder Management (30%)
- Drive strong, focused meetings-setting clear agendas, documenting decisions, and holding stakeholders accountable to next steps and timelines.
- Track key dates, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams using project tools.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to internal teams, leadership, and vendor partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and external vendors to keep work moving forward.
- Proactively identify blockers, manage risks, and ensure accountability to deadlines.
-- 7-10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or related hybrid roles.
-- Experience gathering requirements and developing artifacts such as journey maps, intent flows, and process documentation.
-- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, intent design, or virtual agent frameworks is a strong plus.
-Strong meeting facilitator - leads with clarity, follows up on action items, and drives alignment.
Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a focus on tracking milestones and deliverables.
Data-driven decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled in coordinating work across multiple stakeholders

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
