>> Work as part of a digital product team to ensure coherent, consistent content experience across user flow-based experiences
>> Provide quality UX writing, including microcopy, error messages, notifications, instructional text, and disclaimers
>> Collaborate with product and design teams in Figma to define user flows, wireframes, and prepare content that supports the experience
Requirements:
>> 3+ years experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy
>> Portfolio of UX writing samples
>> Familiarity with working in Agile environments
>> Experience in regulated environments (e.g., insurance, banking)
>> Familiarity with Figma
>> UX Writing certification
