Title: Sr. Business Process & Change Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Bill Rate: $70/hr. W2 only (No C2C)
Glider Assessment: Required
Project Scope:
Support the development of an underwriting desktop that integrates workflow management, data extraction/enrichment, and rate/quote functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement and change initiatives across business and IT teams
Drive business transformation through process redesign, change management, training, and support
Create process documentation, training materials, and user test cases
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage project lifecycle activities
Required Skills:
5+ years in P&C insurance (underwriting systems experience preferred)
Strong business process design and change management experience
Hands-on with tools like Visio, PowerPoint
Experience with Guidewire or similar tech
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a Glider assessment
