Job Details

Title: Sr. Business Process & Change Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Bill Rate: $70/hr. W2 only (No C2C)
Glider Assessment: Required

Project Scope:
Support the development of an underwriting desktop that integrates workflow management, data extraction/enrichment, and rate/quote functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement and change initiatives across business and IT teams

  • Drive business transformation through process redesign, change management, training, and support

  • Create process documentation, training materials, and user test cases

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage project lifecycle activities

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in P&C insurance (underwriting systems experience preferred)

  • Strong business process design and change management experience

  • Hands-on with tools like Visio, PowerPoint

  • Experience with Guidewire or similar tech

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Must be able to pass a Glider assessment
