Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations)
Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program management, network management)
Design (compliance, security)
Network Engineering (planning, provision)
Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology
Executes against the understanding of best practices
Additional Skills:
Customer skills required - ability to speak professionally, show empathy, be helpful, courteous
Technical skills - must have detailed understanding of Cisco hardware, Carrier circuits, Proxy background is not a must but helpful
