Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will be a key player in researching, designing, and developing a wide range of cutting-edge products, from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems to integrated aircraft and space exploration systems.
You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, conceptualizing and designing new products and processes. Your work will span from analog and digital electronic circuit card assemblies to fully integrated systems. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to bring complex projects from concept to deployment.

What You'll Do
- Design and Develop: Conceptualize and design a wide range of products, including analog and digital electronic circuit card assemblies and fully integrated systems.
- Research and Improve: Research new technologies to improve products and processes from a design and manufacturing perspective.
- Collaborate: Work within multi-disciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge products.
- Utilize CAD Tools: Use Computer-Aided Engineering tools, with a focus on AutoCAD, for electrical designs and engineering drawing generation.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Core Engineering Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental engineering principles and practices.
- CAD Tools: Proficiency with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and specifically, AutoCAD, for electrical designs and engineering drawing creation.
- Teamwork: Experience working effectively within multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Aerospace & Defense: A background in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Analysis & Simulation: Experience with circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis. Exposure to simulations through functional and logical models.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with design requirements related to High-Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF), Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL), and Electro Magnetic Effects (EME), including Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI).
- Design Principles: Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, including model-based definition, electrical component selection, and manufacturing processes.
- Circuit Design: Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic capture.
- PLM Systems: Experience with the 3DExperience PLM system is a plus.
