RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hollywood, FL that is seeking a skilled Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancements of Workday Financials and SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and supporting Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead or support Workday Financials and SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
* Configure and maintain modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Supplier Management (AP), Expense, Banking & Settlement
* Develop and optimize business processes for P2P, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and expense management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
* Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and Workday Prism Analytics pipelines for financial insights
* Support integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and ensure data integrity across systems
* Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
* Document processes, create SOPs, and assist with training and change management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
* Workday certification in Financials or SCM preferred
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and SCM modules
* Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connector) and reporting tools
* Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and security
* Familiarity with Prism Analytics for financial data modeling and reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
