ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking an Enterprise Imaging Products Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity with one of our best Healthcare clients, headquartered in Houston. This is a fully remote position, working CST hours


Our client is a large health system with 10 hospitals and a large number of clinical sites that offer Medical Imaging services. This Enterprise Imaging Products Analyst will be joining a team and will be responsible for contributing to a number of projects to build, test and go-live with imaging and modality applications: Syngo.via, WebPAX, DynaCAD, iCad SecondLook, Magview, Hologic, and more.


The ideal candidate will have come from a Clinical (R.T.) background, and should have strong technical experience in navigating and validating data flows between Epic RIS, GE Centricity PACS, Laurel Bridge DICOM, etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Designing, configuring and testing the build of a number of Radiology Imaging products - testing interc-onnectivity between Modality, PACS and RIS

  • Products include GE Centricity PACS, PowerScribe, Nuance Worklist, DynaCAD, iCad SecondLook, Magview, Hologic and a portfolio of other applications used across Ultrasound, MRI and NucMed Modalities.

  • Contributing to, and serving as an integral team member on the application product life cycle - from planning and working with the vendors, through build, testing, validation, and go-live support.

  • Working in a clinical environment to coach and train clinical professionals / radiologists on the changes to the workflows and builds within the Radiology applications.

  • At times, this role may include travel on-site during larger and more complex go-lives, in order to provide dedicated elbow support for physicians and cardiologists who are using the new build.

  • Limited to no on-call responsibility


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



  • 7-10 years professional experience in Radiology Imaging

  • Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) Certification is highly preferred

  • 5+ years participating in the project lifecycle for Radiology Applications (build - configure - test - go-live)

  • GE Centricity PACS

  • Nuance PowerScribe

  • Radiology Modality Applications - DynaCAD, iCad SecondLook, Magview, Hologic, etc.

  • Strong documentation and training experience
