We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to support key strategic initiatives, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical projects. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to align project outcomes with organizational and technology objectives. The Project Manager will also engage with senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, making accuracy and clarity in execution essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery.
Drive execution across multiple functions, leveraging cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and deliver clear, consistent communication strategies for Global Technology.
Create and maintain functional calendars, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
Track progress, manage risks, and provide accurate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare documentation such as project charters, plans, reports, and post-project reviews.
Facilitate collaboration between teams and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Required Skills & Attributes
8+ years of relevant project management experience.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects end-to-end.
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience engaging with senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with both strategic and execution skills.
Expertise in the Banking Domain preferred.
