Job Details
This candidate will play a crtical role in the client's digital transformation efforts, particularly within the Indirect Procurement solutions team. They will collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to drive digital initiatives and implement solutions leveraging platforms like SAP Ariba and Fieldglass.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Digital leader within the Indirect Procurement function, supporting digital initiatives and transformations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize systems such as SAP Ariba and Fieldglass.
- Lead platform integrations and ensure seamless functionality across multiple systems.
- Drive hands-on engagement with digital tools and technologies, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Utilize experience in Indirect Procurement to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with other teams within the Digital organization to align initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in Indirect Procurement space, ideally with a focus on digital transformations.
- Proven track record in SAP Ariba platform implementations and integrations.
- Background working in multinational corporations or complex environments, navigating diverse stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach to technology adoption and solution implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
