Role: Data Product Owner / Data Engineer
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:
Seeking a data-driven professional to lead the delivery of financial data products for the Risk Analytics team under Risk Governance and Audit (RGA). This hybrid role combines technical data engineering with product ownership to support audit and risk processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data solutions: gather requirements, architect pipelines, develop ETL processes, and manage change.

  • Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks Workflows and ensure architectural efficiency and development consistency.

  • Develop robust SQL queries, Python scripts, and Tableau dashboards to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce data pipeline overhead and explore new analytical opportunities.

  • Ensure data integrity and align solutions with business goals across internal audit and financial processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data pipeline development (or 3+ with a Master s).

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL development, and BI tools like Tableau.

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

  • Must have experience in both SQL and Python scripting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial data on SAP and database internals.

  • 2+ years working with internal financial data.
