Job Details
UCCE Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months (likely extensions)
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop, Deliver and support UCCE Applications, ICM and CVP scripting development/ and routing for call center treatment and voice services. (tasks required to modify, troubleshoot and translate scripts mainly in CVP)
- UCCE 8.5-12.x Migration testing and support
- WXCCE migrations from on prem to the cloud
- Support CUIC reporting
- CUSP and Voice Gateway configuration and routing for voice services
- Technical Documentation and training for engineers and end users
Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:
- Experience with upgrades and migrations to 12.x is required
- End User support experience
- Business Requirement and design experience
- Finesse Gadget Programming/Deployment (JavaScript programming for Finesse desired). Understanding of the server side of Finesse and ability to support end users
- XML programming for Finesse

- Experience with UCCE services in Healthcare Industry
