Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long Term contract.
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $65/hr. (W2 on Next Gen Software Solutions LLC or C2C)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in the cards payments domain and a focus on regional or multi-market operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards space. This is a long-term onsite opportunity in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business analysis for transformative projects in the cards payments domain, focusing on regional and multi-market operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to card products and payment systems.
- Oversee and support the implementation of business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams across different regions, ensuring effective project delivery and team development.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards across various markets.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating alignment between business and technical teams.
- Utilize digital tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and automation tools, to support business objectives.
- Manage project activities using methodologies and tools like SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in the card's domain and a focus on regional or multi-market operations.
- Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards space.
- Strong knowledge of card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations across different markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams across regions.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly across different regions.
- Experience with digital tools and technologies relevant to card products, such as CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and automation tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc)
