Location: Bonita Springs, Florida (Onsite Required)
Start Date: January / As soon as available
Rate: $60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPG Project Manager to lead a custom RPG application development project. This role requires hands-on project leadership, strong Agile project management experience, and the ability to manage and coordinate global development teams. The position is 100% onsite in Bonita Springs, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, and coordination of logistics, including travel and transportation for project resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global teams working on custom RPG development initiatives.

  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

  • Manage Agile development processes, sprint planning, and team coordination.

  • Gather and analyze requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate travel and transportation logistics for project team members as required.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing RPG application development projects.

  • Experience leading global or distributed development teams.

  • Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Bonita Springs, Florida.
