The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

Summary of Role:

RTX is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Identity & Access Management team as a SSO Engineer. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the application integration of SSO solutions, supporting queues, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, communicating with customers and team members regarding issues. The primary focus of this individual will be to support application integrations of the organization's SSO solutions. This position will require a strong understanding of SSO technologies, processes, and data in Identity & Access Management.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide engineering support for a variety of SSO tools such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and new emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate applications with SSO solutions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting of user issues related to SSO integrations.
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts as needed.
  • Understand and work with the team to resolve technical and non-technical problems.
  • Participate in production support for any incidents.
  • Identify and communicate risks/issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes.
  • Follow precise processes and procedures to ensure compliance with RTX security policies, government requirements, industry standards, and internal organizational mandates.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years
  • prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Subject-matter expert of authentication protocols such as: OAuth/OIDC, SAML
  • Extensive experience integrating SSO products in complex environments.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • 3+ years of significant application integration experience with PingFederate and PingAccess.
  • Prior experience with SiteMinder, LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, and Linux.
  • Superb planning and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and multi-tasking; experience working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
