Location: Foster City, CA. (NO relocation applicants considered and will be disqualified)
Contract length: 9 months
Part time Hours: 20-25 hours/week  (On-site Mon, Tues, and Thursday)
Rate:  $27-32/hr.


About the Role
We are seeking a PART TIME detail-oriented HR Operations & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to our clients, HR Senior Director, you will play a key role in supporting onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and talent acquisition operations. This role blends remote work flexibility with regular in-office days to foster strong team collaboration and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience supporting onboarding processes
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system required
  • Experience scheduling and managing meetings via Zoom
  • Familiarity with Namely HRIS is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 calendar for scheduling and coordination
Primary Responsibilities

Operations & Employee Engagement
  • Draft and publish Employee Spotlights to highlight team achievements
  • Maintain and update the annual holiday calendar
  • Prepare and support content development for Town Hall presentations
Onboarding & New Hire Support
  • Transfer candidate information from Greenhouse to Namely and send onboarding packages
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of the new hire spreadsheet
  • Collaborate with managers to complete all pre-onboarding tasks
  • Send welcome emails and arrange office tours for new hires
  • Complete I-9 verifications promptly and accurately
HRIS, Compliance & Reporting
  • Assist with quarterly HRIS audits under HR Leadership guidance
  • Enter data into TriNet for payroll and HR management with oversight from HR Leadership
  • Generate reports from Namely, Greenhouse, and TriNet as requested
  • Schedule quarterly live Sexual Harassment Prevention training sessions
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
  • Serve as the onsite liaison to warmly welcome interview candidates
  • Provide brief office tours for candidates
  • Support interview scheduling and job requisition entry in Greenhouse as a backup
  • Maintain job postings and assist with background check coordination
International & Additional Administrative Support
  • Manage international employment contracts including printing, obtaining signatures, and couriering documents
  • Assist with Learning & Development initiatives on an as-needed basis

The estimated pay range for this position is $27/Hr. - $32/Hr.
