Job Role: Oracle C2M Consultant (Customer to Meter) Location : Dallas TX 75202 - Onsite Duration: 12+Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
Role Overview:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis - C2M system.
  • Design and configuration of the C2M
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the C2M system.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality.
  • Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
System Design and Configuration:
  • Participate in the design and configuration of the C2M system to meet business needs.
  • Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design*** billing configurations, and customer account management.
  • Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
  • Testing and Implementation
