Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Avaya Developer with strong technical expertise in Avaya Aura Communication Manager (ACM), IVR systems, and cloud integration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in call flow architecture, CTI, and Avaya Session Manager, along with proficiency in Java and AWS.
This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage complex telephony and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design call flows and IVR systems using Avaya ACM.
- Develop and maintain adjunct routing, vector design, and call flow logic.
- Provide operational support for IVR and CTI platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a geographically distributed setup.
- Create documentation and deliver structured program updates using tools like PowerPoint and Visio.
- Troubleshoot telephony and network issues, perform bandwidth and QoS analysis.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to system design.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Avaya technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya Session Manager, and IVR.
- Strong knowledge of VXML (Voice eXtensible Markup Language).
- Proficient in Java programming.
- Understanding of Call Center operations and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).
- Solid experience in LAN/WAN, QoS tuning, jitter analysis, and network performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and OpenShift platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of database systems and cloud integrations.
- Previous experience in high-pressure and fast-paced IT environments.
- Program management or project coordination experience is a plus.
