We need following candidate:

Title: SENIOR DRUPAL ENGINEER

Duration: 24+ Months / Fulltime

The Senior Drupal Engineer acts as the project s technical expert and leader. The Senior Drupal Engineer organizes the efforts of the development team to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.

The Senior Drupal Engineer provides technical project status reports during weekly meetings and provides development solutions as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

  • Ability to lead the planning, development, and implementation of Drupal-based CMS sites from start to finish;
  • 7+ years of Drupal development experience, 4+ years of Drupal 8 and later versions;
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience developing federal website projects in a Scrum environment;
  • Experience in providing Drupal website services to at least three federal government agencies;
  • Experience leading and managing a team of developers;
  • Deep knowledge of the internal functionality of Drupal Core and Drupal's top contributed modules;
  • Experience building custom Drupal modules from specification;
  • Experience building, developing, and enhancing large, complex, content-rich Drupal websites;
  • Experience migrating and merging multiple Drupal sites;
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrations and feeds;
  • Experience using in Agile (Scrum) methodology with Jira or other online ticketing systems;
  • Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills;
  • Ability to build and modify custom Drupal themes (including template files, stylesheets, and preprocessor functions);
  • Experience translating wireframes or design comps into Drupal specific features;
  • Ability to consistently create accurate level of effort estimates;
  • Experience working as part of a virtual team;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A solutions-based approach to problem solving;

- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to manage and complete multiple competing priorities;

  • Ability to collaborate on a regular basis with other vendors, such as hosting provider;
  • Regularly engaged in staying abreast of Drupal developments and the evolution of web technologies;
  • Applied knowledge of website development and management best practices.
