Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer Microservices Lead to design and develop scalable, secure backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

• Lead development teams and act as the technical SME.

• Implement business requirements with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.

• Manage and troubleshoot API integrations and proxies.

• Work with DevOps tools for CI/CD and monitoring.

• Mentor offshore and onshore team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java 8 (Reactive Programming)

• Spring Boot & Microservices

• REST APIs (JSON, GET/POST/PUT)

• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)

• Cassandra DB, PNO Layer

• DevOps Tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Ansible

• Testing Tools: JUnit, Selenium

• Monitoring: Sonar, Kibana, Grafana

• API Proxy Development & Troubleshooting

• Tomcat or Netty, GraphQL

Preferred Skills:

• Telecom or enterprise application experience

• Experience leading distributed development teams

• Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge

Certifications (Preferred):

• AWS Certified Developer/Architect

• Java Certifications (OCP)

• CKA (Kubernetes)

• Scrum or Agile Certifications

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Equivalent work experience also considered
