Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide key insights that drive business strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and effectiveness.
  • Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate program performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key questions and develop analytical plans.
  • Utilize data mining and model building techniques to identify trends and customer behavior patterns.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership to investigate critical aspects of customer engagement.

Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience working with complex datasets and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Python programming for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS and large-scale data transformation projects.
  • Background in statistics or marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
