We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced, AI Analytics Solutions Manager within JPMorgan Chase in Cybersecurity Technology & Controls. You will contribute to our AI development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (AI) artificial intelligence, (ML) machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of leveraging popular AI products and services to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive AI initiatives that are innovative and align to our Technology Risk and Resiliency Goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Hands on coding to bring the experimental results into production solutions by collaborating with engineering team.
  • Owning end to end code development for both proof of concept/experimentation and production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies that align with JPMorgan Chase's objectives and drive innovation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
  • Implement technology risk controls to safeguard AI systems and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the resilience and availability of AI services.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Obtain 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and application knowledge with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar STEM discipline.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM technologies and their applications.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
  • Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Microsoft Azure AI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for AI/ML model development/deployment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to AI/ML application.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Chain-of-Thoughts, Tree-of-Thoughts, Graph-of-Thoughts prompting strategies.
  • Cloud computing: Amazon Web Service, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, DataBricks, Snowflakes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Experience in implementing technology risk controls and business continuity planning.
