Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with a strong background in Oracle HCM and expertise in Fast Formulas, particularly within the Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and modifying OIC integrations from scratch and deep understanding of HCM data flows including HCM Extracts and HDL.

This is a critical role focused on delivering time-sensitive integrations and fast formula configurations within the HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations both inbound and outbound.
  • Modify existing OIC integrations and build new ones from scratch to support HCM business processes.
  • Create and manage HCM Extracts and HDL loaders for data migration and integration needs.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, with a specific focus on Benefits module (Payroll and Compensation FF experience is a plus but not required).
  • Collaborate with functional HCM teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure integrations and formulas meet business needs and comply with Oracle best practices.
  • Support testing, debugging, and go-live activities for new or updated integrations and formulas.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5 10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM and OIC integrations.
  • Proven ability to create and modify OIC integrations from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, especially:
    • Benefits (Mandatory)
    • Payroll (Nice to have)
    • Compensation (Nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • HCM Extracts
    • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Expertise in HCM Fast Formulas with Benefits module FF being mandatory.
  • Experience developing inbound and outbound Fast Formulas in conjunction with Extracts and HDL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale Oracle HCM implementations or support environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and functional teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across integrations and HCM configurations.
