Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented No-Code Solutions & Web Operations Specialist to support the development, integration, and optimization of data systems, web platforms, and survey tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Quickbase, web management, API integration, and process automation, who can work across cross-functional teams to enhance digital workflows and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Quickbase applications, including creating table-to-table relationships and mapping fields across platforms.
- Build and manage complex pipelines for ongoing and new research studies.
- Configure and integrate APIs, particularly using JSON, for seamless data exchange between platforms.
- Administer and manage multiple WordPress sites hosted on WP Engine, working across themes including Oxygen, Kadence, and custom builds.
- Utilize Formidable Forms and webhooks to streamline form submissions and trigger workflows.
- Maintain and oversee all web properties associated with various business units and projects.
- Work with survey platforms (e.g., SurveySparrow) to develop and implement conditional screeners and logic-driven data flows.
- Write formula-based logic to categorize and evaluate study participants using criteria like Pass, StudyDQ, TempDQ, and GlobalDQ.
- Develop and document digital process flows using tools such as Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
- Use Excel to analyze and manipulate data through advanced formulas and lookups.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quickbase or similar low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of API configurations and JSON.
- Proficiency with WordPress and WP Engine, with experience across multiple themes.
- Experience managing survey platforms and building custom screeners.
- Skilled in automation tools and webhooks (e.g., Formidable Forms).
- Strong logic and data mapping abilities.
- Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
