Job Title: Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Interview Type: Onsite

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Experience preparing risk logs and executive reports.
Job Description:
- Provide IV&V services for selected ITIF-funded and other complex DTMB projects.
- Assess project health, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverable quality.
- Review project documentation such as charters, PM plans, schedules, risk registers, and contracts.
- Develop and maintain:
- IV&V Service Plans
- Monthly Health Assessment Reports
- Deliverable Review Assessments
- Risk and Issue Logs
- Executive Briefings and Final Summary Reports
- Identify and escalate risks or issues requiring executive attention.
- Ensure adherence to DTMB standards and SUITE methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders while maintaining independence of judgment.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in large, complex initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience delivering IV&V or equivalent quality assurance services.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience with public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK), quality assurance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to write professional-grade reports and executive briefings.
