Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

About the Role
We're looking for Cable Technicians to join a growing team in a high-tech data center environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured cabling and telecommunications while working on exciting projects that power the future of technology.
What You'll Do
- Pull, dress, and label Cat5e/Cat6 cabling according to industry standards.
- Assist with RJ45 terminations and patch panel work under guidance.
- Learn and perform basic punch-downs for telecom blocks.
- Support cable testing using tools like Fluke or EXFO (training provided).
- Gain exposure to fiber cable handling and dressing.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic understanding of color-coded wiring and RJ45 terminations.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Hard-working, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work days, nights, or weekends based on project needs.

Compliance Requirements
- Must pass a drug test (including THC) and BGC
- Must not have worked in the META center within the last 6 months.
