Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Support Lead with 18+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Management, Delivery Management and IT Service Management in the Field Services domain. Should review performance, connect with customers, run governance meetings, be responsible for CSAT, Service level agreement, automation & continuous service improvement, maintain customer satisfaction, work with other cross functional teams, work on global spread environment, bring in innovation and thought leadership

Responsibilities:
- Delivery leadership of all services in the Retail Field Services spaces to client.
- Work collaboratively with the customer. Ensure SLAs are met. Drive project activities.
- Lead and facilitate all customer discussions.
- Present the status and views to the internal leadership as and when asked for.
- Act as global lead for all field services areas across geographies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools
- Track and report project performance using KPIs and metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team members strengths and experience
- Continuously develop leadership and project management skills
- Attend relevant training and conferences to stay updated on best practices
