Agile/Scrum development - 5 years
Testing processes, test automation, and software - 5 years
Developing test strategy, test cases, evaluating scripts - 5 years
SDLC and standard assurance practices - 5 years
Developing Test Plans within Agile methodology utilizing ServiceNow Test Management - 5 years
Experience with ServiceNow Testing Module
Preferred skills:

The client is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer - Test Plan Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of test plans for an Authorized Roles-Based Web Application. The application enables users to search, view, and download permissioned content and documents. The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and enforcing quality standards for software processes, ensuring defect-free deployments, and driving improvements across QA practices. A strong emphasis is placed on utilizing ServiceNow Test Management within an Agile/Scrum environment
Job responsibilities:
Plan and execute test plans for a role-based web application
Develop testing strategy and create a full battery of tests
Recommend frameworks and tools for automated regression testing
Manage QA testers and coordinate testing activities
Automate test results and generate analytics
Document testing progress and enforce compliance
Perform test-related risk assessments and define mitigation techniques
Maintain QA processes aligned with SDLC best practices
Enhance QA procedures and drive continuous improvement
Manage resources and maintain quality control metrics
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are free from defects
