Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer with expertise in Informatica MDM to join our team.

In this role, you will support and enhance the MDM platform to ensure seamless integration, maintenance, and alignment with our data management goals. Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services is essential.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for support activities related to Informatica MDM
• Ensure the MDM platform performs optimally and remains highly available
• Address and resolve issues involving data ingestion, processing, and synchronization within the MDM system
• Collaborate with development teams to introduce system enhancements and upgrades
• Maintain documentation, including design documents, STTMS, technical guides, process flows, and playbooks
• Offer support during the deployment process for data models and workflows
• Review and audit MDM data regularly to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and proactively propose preventive measures
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience with Informatica MDM support and maintenance
• Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Understanding of data integration, data quality, and MDM best practices
• Background in resolving platform issues such as data ingestion, processing, and synchronization
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining technical guides, process flows, and knowledge bases
• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes of complex issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations when required
