Job Title: Technical Lead Cloud-Based Software Development
Location: Hybrid Minimum 3 days onsite per week
Interview: In-person only

Lead and mentor development teams through full SDLC

Review and validate project deliverables

Oversee technical execution including architecture and cloud infrastructure

Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and compliance standards

Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters

Support Agile practices and ceremonies

Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership

Liaise with VITA and agency executives for governance and reviews
