Are you a coding genius with a sense of humor that only fellow nerds can appreciate? We're seeking a highly skilled and witty C# Developer to join our League of Extraordinary Developers--which we promise will be better in real life than the movie. We are truly sorry if you, like us, wasted part of your life on it. Mr. Connery, we expected better of you. As part of this elite league, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining our mind-blowing internal software applications. Think of it as a heroic quest where every line of code is a step towards creating something extraordinary.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain our internal software applications using C# (it's like writing poetry in Klingon, only cooler).
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions (you'll be the Gandalf of communication, bridging the gap between tech and non-tech folks).
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (your code should be so elegant that it makes Da Vinci's art jealous).
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the code (like Batman watching over Gotham, you watch over the code to make sure nothing goes awry).
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and quality across the team (you'll be the Yoda of code wisdom, offering guidance to padawan developers).
  • Ensure software applications are compatible with the latest operating systems and browser versions (just like a vigilant sentinel, you keep watch to ensure our apps work harmoniously with the tech realm's updates).
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of the software applications (you'll be the guardian of code speed, keeping it faster than the Millennium Falcon on the Kessel Run).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise (bugs and errors fear you more than Luke feared Darth Vader - you'll turn them to the light side).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. If you've completed the Kobayashi Maru test, we'll consider it too.
  • At least 7 years of experience in C# development. You've spent enough time in the coding dojo to become a black belt in C#.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Your SQL skills are more impressive than a Vulcan mind meld.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git. You keep code versions in check like a master time-traveling Time Lord.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Your codebase is as organized as Tony Stark's lab, minus the AI suits. Unless you have AI suits. If so, please bring them to work with you.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You can solve complex coding puzzles faster than Sherlock Holmes on caffeine.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You're not just a code-writing machine; you're a people person with a sense of humor. Bonus points for bad puns and killer dad jokes!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Think of it as a roller coaster ride, but without the motion sickness.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology. You're Agile's biggest fan, capable of sprinting through coding tasks like The Flash.
  • Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, is a plus. While definitely not a hard requirement, you may be the web-slinging superhero who can create stunning digital universes--like in the Spider-Verse movies.
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude with ability to resolve problems and deliver results
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others - we want to keep ouAr place a friendly and cooperative workplace
  • Drug free - must pass a drug test
  • Legally able to work in the USA - we are an E-Verify employer

If you're ready to join a team that combines coding prowess with nerdy humor, don't hesitate to click that apply button faster than a hacker discovering a backdoor. We can't wait to meet you and embark on this epic coding adventure together!
