Ivanti Service Manager Consultant (ISM) Remote Position (Latin America Consultants) 6 Months Contract Languages: Fluent English (Spanish a plus)
We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our IT Service Management platform. The consultant will work closely with our IT and business teams to align ISM workflows with ITIL best practices, integrate the system with existing tools, and provide training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Ivanti Service Manager modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge).
- Design and optimize workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Integrate ISM with other systems as needed
- Provide user training and ongoing functional/technical support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with ITIL processes
- Proven experience as an Ivanti Service Manager consultant.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based IT Service Management processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
