Job Description:

The Client is seeking a Technical Specialist (Junior) to support the Service Desk/Accounts Team. This role involves advanced technical support, account administration, and troubleshooting for 12,000+ users. The specialist will handle incidents, perform password resets, manage Active Directory, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced desktop application and user support
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Administer Active Directory accounts and access permissions
  • Document processes and maintain system security compliance
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution
  • Lead or contribute to internal projects and service improvements

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of desktop applications and Active Directory
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of IT security standards and protocols
