Job Description:
The Client is seeking a Technical Specialist (Junior) to support the Service Desk/Accounts Team. This role involves advanced technical support, account administration, and troubleshooting for 12,000+ users. The specialist will handle incidents, perform password resets, manage Active Directory, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced desktop application and user support
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Administer Active Directory accounts and access permissions
- Document processes and maintain system security compliance
- Work with ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution
- Lead or contribute to internal projects and service improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of desktop applications and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of IT security standards and protocols
