Seeking a Software Development Business Analyst for the E-Commerce & Customer Experience team for a special project. This role will ensure that requirements are captured, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables. It will liaise with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and partners in multiple regions to define, validate, and refine business and technical requirements for a new E-commerce platform being developed.
REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of overall IT-related experience
- 2+ years of overall Business/Systems Analyst or relevant experience as a Software Product Owner
- 2+ years of experience with technical and user documentation, including requirements, Features, Epics, User Stories, and other requirement types in Azure DevOps or Jira.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM or equivalent methodology.
- Experience with the E-commerce application development arena, including knowledge of concepts such as product catalogs, order management, fulfillment, payments, analytics, and customer service workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
