Key Responsibilities

Reltio MDM Technical Expertise

• Perform hands-on configuration of Reltio MDM including:
• Entity/relationship data model design
• Match/merge rule configuration
• Survivorship rules
• LCA (Lifecycle Action) workflows
• Validation rules & cleansing functions
• Crosswalk management
• Data quality dashboard setup
• Develop and optimize Reltio pipelines, including Batch and Real-Time ingestion frameworks.
• Design and maintain Reltio Connect integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and streaming pipelines.
• Troubleshoot Reltio platform issues performance, match rules, workflows, ingestion failures, API errors.
• Work with engineering teams to support custom data transformations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data storage.

Technical Skills & Data Engineering Support

• Write complex SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and root cause analysis.
• Support data integration with Veeva, SAP, Salesforce, IQVIA, MedPro, and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain technical mapping documents, data contracts, and API specifications.
• Perform data profiling using Python, SQL, or data quality tools (Informatica, Talend, Alation, Collibra).
• Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to architectural decisions related to MDM and data pipelines.

Pharmaceutical Data Domain Expertise

• Deep understanding of pharma master data domains including:
• HCP / HCO master
• Product master
• Regulatory and safety data
• Customer and supplier hierarchies
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements like DSCSA, FDA, EMA, GxP, Sunshine Act, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Work on external data integration from pharma-standard data providers.

Functional / Business Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to capture master data requirements.
• Translate business requests into technical specifications, user stories, mapping documents, and workflow designs.
• Support UAT, functional testing, and performance testing for Reltio enhancements.
• Serve as SME for data stewardship processes and business rules.
• Conduct user training on Reltio UI, workflows, and data management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional data analytics / MDM role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Reltio MDM (must be strong in technical configuration).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data models, operational processes, and industry standards.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and conduct root cause analysis for complex data issues.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reltio Integration Hub, Reltio Insights, or Reltio DQ.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Shell scripting, or Spark.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, SAP MDG, Salesforce integrations.
• Agile experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Reltio or MDM certification.
