Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and the medical device/life sciences/healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user requirements, agile practices, and product development life cycles, and will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Build use cases, manage user stories, and create process flows and visualizations.
- Define and maintain a clear definition of done and definition of readiness for features entering development.
- Stay 2 3 sprints ahead of the development team to ensure preparedness and clarity.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing scripts and participating in validation.
- Document and maintain accurate records of business processes to guide development and IT support.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance business workflows.
- Maintain alignment of squad priorities with business goals in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Track metrics, generate reports, and support demos or inspect-and-adapt workshops.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and SDLC documentation standards.
- Support portfolio-wide business system understanding and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in medical device, life sciences, or healthcare domain (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience working with PLM systems and tools.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience design.
- Foundational understanding of Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Emerging Technology.
- Strong understanding of business agility and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, self-organized teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Experience in compliance-driven environments with system documentation and validation.
