Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Lead (CCM Quadient & RPD) to drive architecture, modernization, and delivery across complex CCM ecosystems. You will be responsible for defining solution standards, leading integrations, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring scalability, compliance, and quality across both print and digital communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire and Ricoh Process Director (RPD), including data models, template hierarchies, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead integrations with upstream systems, middleware components, RPD job flows, and downstream print/mail service providers.
  • Define and implement development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy for Quadient and RPD ecosystems.
  • Drive modernization initiatives such as legacy CCM rationalization, performance optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Mentor developers and engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and oversee delivery across global (onshore/offshore) teams.
  • Coordinate with Quadient and Ricoh vendors for installation, configuration, licensing, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility, brand, and security standards.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM).
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite.
  • 3+ years of deep experience with Ricoh Process Director (RPD).
  • Strong knowledge of RPD workflows, job orchestration, print stream management, and CCM platform integrations.
  • Solid enterprise integration background: Microservices, API Gateways, Kafka, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
  • Expertise in Quadient Flex/Evolve, RPD topology, and environment architecture.
  • Strong DevOps foundation: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, monitoring/observability, resiliency and reliability patterns.
  • Nice to Have: Multi-brand CCM rollouts, greenfield implementations, experience with other CCM platforms (e.g., OpenText Exstream, GMC, Documaker).
