Job Summary:

As a Remote Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, adding special effects, sound, and music, and creating polished, professional videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives

Incorporate graphics, effects, and sound to enhance video content

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all videos

Stay updated with the latest editing techniques and industry trends

Review and revise videos based on feedback

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., After Effects) is a plus

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection and access to necessary hardware/software
