Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Technical Lead who is both deeply technical and business-savvy. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong developer background, capable of driving projects from conception to delivery while serving as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical expertise with excellent communication skills, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and strategic business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

  • Participate in hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and solution development as needed.

  • Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar role.

  • Strong background in software development, with expertise in [insert relevant programming languages/technologies].

  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with project leadership responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
