Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) in Oracle Financials.

  • Implement and support APLG integrations for payment processing and liquidity management.

  • Build and maintain bank integration interfaces (SWIFT, ISO20022, APIs) for treasury operations.

  • Develop SQL/PL-SQL scripts, Oracle Forms, Reports (BI Publisher/OTBI) for treasury and finance teams.

  • Enhance and troubleshoot Cash Management and Treasury technical workflows, extensions, and data flows.

  • Provide technical support for bank reconciliations, liquidity forecasting, settlements, and cash positioning reports.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Oracle Finance applications.

  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and SOX controls in technical developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS / Fusion Financials Technical Development experience.

  • Strong expertise in APLG (Automatic Payment and Liquidity Gateway) integration.

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, XML, APIs, and Web Services.

  • Experience with Treasury & Cash Management modules (Bank Reconciliation, Cash Forecasting, Liquidity Planning).

  • Hands-on experience in interface development with external banks and treasury systems.

  • Knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and production support.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to support both IT and Finance teams.
