Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager
Location: Easton, PA
Position Overview:
We are seeking three skilled Supplier Quality Engineers to join our team in Easton, PA. This role is critical in ensuring supplier manufacturing processes consistently meet our customer's engineering design and quality standards. The Supplier Quality Engineer will focus on reviewing and verifying documentation for the Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) process, ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and suppliers to drive quality excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Verify supplier manufacturing processes to ensure components meet customer engineering and quality standards.
  • Oversee and process first article and process approvals, including preparation, review, and submission of required documentation (e.g., control plans, FMEAs, dimensional reports, material certifications).
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Engineering team and suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Work with customer facilities to ensure manufacturing processes yield acceptable results and maintain proper process controls.
  • Assess supplier corrective actions by identifying preliminary root causes and guiding the implementation of effective corrective measures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Supplier Quality Engineering role or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and processes, including first article approval, FMEAs, control plans, process capability, and Gage R&R studies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with Minitab software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
  • Knowledge of customer product lines is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
