Job Details

KeyLogic has a new opportunity, for a Computer Systems Analyst III. This position can be Hybrid, based out of Bethesda, MD.

Position Summary:
The Computer Systems Analyst III will provide technical and administrative direction for software development and IT support personnel. This role includes reviewing work products, ensuring adherence to design standards, and coordinating with project managers to ensure user satisfaction and timely delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop software and systems for business and technical functions.
  • Define system requirements and develop specifications.
  • Coordinate with programmers and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
  • Support system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Public Trust Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Investigation

Required Certifications (any of the following):

  • ITIL v3 or higher (Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management)
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (current or current -1 version)
  • Apple Certified Associate Mac Integration Basics
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Jamf Certified Tech or Jamf Certified Expert
