Position: ServiceNow CMA(Certified Master Architect)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Certified Master Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow strategy, design, architecture, and governance.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary with hands-on knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules and extensive experience guiding large-scale implementations,
digital transformation initiatives, and platform roadmap alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and roadmap planning for ServiceNow across the enterprise.
Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.
Oversee complex ServiceNow implementations with a focus on scalability, performance, and governance.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
Provide technical leadership for solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and custom applications.
Conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and platform health checks.
Mentor developers, architects, and admins across the organization.
Act as the main liaison between customer teams and ServiceNow's internal teams.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and roadmap impacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) credential is mandatory.
Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and App Engine.
Expertise in data architecture, integrations, MID servers, and performance tuning.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, federal).
Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications in CIS (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM), CAD, or CTA.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
Prior experience working with ServiceNow partners or as a trusted advisor.
