Required Education:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
Master of Science or Doctor of Philosophy in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, or a related field.
Basic Qualifications:
Native-level fluency in German
1+ years relevant industry experience.
1+ years' experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models
2+ years' experience to break down linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs
1+ years' experience programming in Python or any other scripting language
Preferred Qualifications:
Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools, and a keen interest in technology
Experience with human judgment projects and flows
Experience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluations
Experience with programming languages in the data annotation space
Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English
Preferred working hours: 8:30 am PST - 5:30 pm PST

AI Engineers and Linguists work together to positively impact the Client feed experience, personalized content recommendations, ads relevance, and more.
We are seeking AI Linguists to join our diverse and interdisciplinary team to focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation, and to contribute their expertise to the annotation/human judgment pipeline development that lay at the foundation of the Client AI model development and improvement.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation
Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows
Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development
Be part of working groups that develop high-quality human judgment/annotation/evaluation pipelines
Create documentation and guidelines for standard procedures of internal processes
Research new methodologies for process and product improvement
Maximize productivity, process efficiency, and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, and documentation
