Job Description:
The Facility and Logistics Support Analyst is responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and logistics support for the MIRC Reserve Center. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role ensures seamless administration, coordination, and compliance across multiple operational areas. Under the direction of leadership, the analyst facilitates key facility processes, manages repair requests, and ensures security and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include interaction with regional and area facilities operations specialists, coordination with contractors, and oversight of facility usage, maintenance, and inspections. The analyst will also maintain inventory and procurement records, provide support for physical security measures, and assist in logistics management for government property and assets.

The analyst will also maintain inventory and procurement records, provide support for physical security measures, and assist in logistics management for government property and assets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary facility point of contact, representing leadership in daily operations.
- Manage facility maintenance requests, ensuring timely repairs and tracking work orders.
- Conduct weekly/monthly facility checks and inspections, ensuring security of sensitive materials, building access, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate physical security measures with DES and MIRC PMO.
- Ensure joint-use planning for common areas.
- Assist the Administrative Key Control Officer with tenant key and facility access management.
- Track facility and maintenance issues across all MIRC facilities in the 99th, 88th, 81st, and 63rd Readiness Divisions.
Location and Travel:
- This position is based at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting MIRC facility operations. The analyst will primarily work onsite with limited travel requirements (CONUS) for inspections, assessments, and meetings (~10%).
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of facility management processes, logistics operations, and DoD compliance procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in facility security, maintenance coordination, and logistics planning.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with military installation facility protocols and regulations preferred.
Required Clearance:
- Active SECRET with ability to obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance.
