Role: Lead Java React Engineer

Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Job Description:

  • Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team In this role you will lead the design development and deployment of scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies
  • You will mentor junior developers collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure best practices in software engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the endtoend development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and frontend frameworks like Angular or React
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on performance and security
  • Collaborate with Product Managers UX Designers and QA Engineers to deliver highquality features
  • Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
  • Ensure integration with RESTful APIs databases and thirdparty services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  • 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • 5 years of experience in frontend development using Angular React or Vuejs
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with CICD pipelines Git Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB Cassandra
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
  • Prior experience in leading agile teams and managing sprints
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools"
