Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global warehouse/logistics operations teams to understand and improve business processes

  • Lead S/4 HANA Stockroom/WM configuration, data conversion, and testing during warehouse transitions (e.g., EBLC to Lodi)

  • Execute all phases of S/4 HANA transformation projects

  • Configure SAP WM/LE modules, ensuring best practices and integration with MM, SD, PP, FI

  • Support RF barcode scanner solutions, including hardware setup

  • Write functional specs and coordinate with developers on custom solutions

  • Provide user support, testing assistance, and training

  • Lead implementation projects following internal governance models


Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years in ERP design and management; 8+ years specific to SAP WM/LE/Stockroom in S/4 HANA

  • Deep experience in warehouse processes: org setup, picking/placement strategies, inventory counts

  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, FI, and global trade compliance

  • Familiarity with material master data, serial/batch management, transportation setup

  • Skilled in managing large, complex SAP implementations and collaborating with global teams

  • Strong communication, analytical, and independent execution capabilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or life sciences background

  • Experience with validated systems, SAP GTS, and SAP-Processweaver
