We are actively recruiting a Business Analyst for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a fully remote contract opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support cross-functional business initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and impactful presentations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and exceptional PowerPoint skills to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support project planning, documentation, and reporting activities across various business functions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new systems, tools, or process enhancements.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience with business process modeling, data visualization, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
